[Yuya hisses in pain, squeezing his eyes shut and just staying still for a moment before he opens them again and lifts his head. He's definitely bleeding from scraping against the pavement on his cheek and arms, and one of them is probably going to bruise like hell the next day. His hip hurts too.]

Ow... [He pushes himself up, rubbing the back of his head.] I--think I'll be okay. Are you...? [He gives Kano a once-over. He had a lot less bare skin, at least.] And the bike?

[ Kano hops up onto his feet like there's nothing wrong with him at all. So long as his body doesn't register the pain, it won't collapse, it's fine. His clothes are a mess, but a once-over with an illusion fixes that up, and the same with the scratches and dents in the bike. ]

I'm good, it's good~!! Come on, up you go~

[ He extends a hand to Yuya- he can try and heal up any gaping wounds to stop the bleeding while he makes contact, but anything more than that's going to take time. ]

[Yuya can't see through the illusion, but he can see it happen right in front of him. He purses his lips before taking Kano's hand and easing himself to his feet, looking around.]

We're pretty far out... you don't want to stop for a moment?

[ Doesn't matter to Kano. He also doesn't let go of Yuya's hand first. Longer he can hold it, more he can heal. ]

I think it couldn't hurt. [He points off the road.] We can park the bike over there.

Mm, alright!

[ Still holding onto Yuya's hand, he hauls him over towards the bike. Yuya can stand it upright and wheel it over while Kano pretends it's too heavy for him and not on wheels. ]

[Yuya's pulled along, shaking his hand free once they're by the bike so he can get it upright and then look pointedly at Kano to take it.

And when he doesn't Yuya rolls his eyes and starts to steer it off the path himself.] Maybe a motorbike was a bad idea for you...

We all have to start somewhere, don't we? Never mind about a little spill~ What's that saying? About getting up however many times you fall?

[ Tenacity is important, Yuya!!! ]

No, it's more... it seems like you're not strong enough to handle one. [He leans it against a tree, carefully.] Otherwise, how are you going to get up when you fall?

[ He almost lets go of Yuya's hand in indignation, but settles for shaking it a little. ]

I'm strong enough! I totally am!! Didn't I get up just now?

The motorbike's heavier than you are. [Yuya lets his hand hang limp as it's shaken.] I won't always be around to pick it up for you!

[Yuya leans his hip against the bike and offers Kano a shining smile..] Of course I will, Kano.

... But if it's because you can't pick up your own bike I'm going to take it. You're too old not to learn to take care of your things.

Nooooooo!! [ He laughs and whines in the same breath, letting go of Yuya's hand to dramatically fling himself on top of the bike and clutch it for dear life. ] I'm taking care of it, I'll find a way!!!!!

[ He will have to call Maverick and hope he's as strong as Yuya. ]

[It is not even that heavy.]

That's right! [Yuya's grin turns devilish.] I'll learn how to ride it, and you'll see it every day! So learn to handle your bike, okay?

[ It's big and therefore heavy, especially when all you're used to carrying is a bag of groceries, maybe.

I can't believe Kano's being bullied into learning how to ride a bike, but okay. He sticks his tongue out at Yuya. ]

I'm going to! You won't ever get your hands on my bike— next time you see it, I'll be racing circles around you!

You'd better prove it to me! [Yuya sticks his tongue out in return.

And then just puts his hands on the bike. Ha ha ha.]

Hands off, mister!!!!!

[ He takes hold of Yuya's wrists to pry them off his bike, as if he's strong enough to overpower Yuya in any way, ever. ]

[Yuya presses harder, locking his elbows so he isn't easy to move at all.] Come on, you have to at least be strong enough to move me! I probably weigh half as much!

Ohhhhhh-- [ Kano leans his entire weight into Yuya, but doesn't do much more to push. ]

I think you gotta lay off those cookies for a while, Yu~ya! Odd-Eyes!! Next time you see Yuya eating sweets, make sure to eat 'em all for him!!!

Hey now. [Yuya puffs his cheeks, pushing his weight back against Kano.] This is all muscle! That's why I'm strong enough to carry you and your bike.

Yeah? Let's see you try~ How 'bout I sit on the bike and you pull me along? We'll give Odd-Eyes a break!

[ Maybe the trick to not falling is to go slow... He'll troubleshoot this somehow. ]

You'd fall over. [Yuya has zero faith in Kano's ability to balance on the bike alone.] I think we already established you're just too weak.

[ Boo, don't say that. ]

What if Odd-Eyes sits with me? He's plenty strong?

[Yuya snorts. Like Odd-Eyes would even fit on that bike. It'd probably get crushed under him.

He reaches to poke Kano's arm.] You should come work out with me. I don't get up as early at Gongenzaka does, so you don't have to lose sleep.
