[Ramona is blissfully asleep and unaware, and definitely less traumatized than her son, it's all good. Plus Maverick is a good enough guard dog that she doesn't really have to prepare for anything like that... This is her feeling even if Mav is living away from her and has been out drinking himself stupid.

He crashes onto his bed and happily sprawls out first, enjoying the warmth and comfort that comes with letting the remaining tension leave his body. Mmm, bed. Good bed. Soft bed. But he has to sit back up because drinking water laying down is really dumb and he's got a piece of paper to track down. Okay, okay, marker in hand...]

I still have no fucking clue how this works.

[ Kano hops up onto Maverick's desk instead of sitting on the bed, because he likes being tall. ]

First you write MASH up on top, and decide what you want each letter to stand for. Next you choose categories— favorite colors or animals or whatever, anything you want to learn about the other person.

[This is an awful lot of work for drunk Mav, but at least his anxiety about not being able to do it right is dulled by his earlier festivities, so he dutifully writes MASH down and...hm. Kano had them be places he was going to escape to, huh? What...should he put...and why was it MASH specifically? This game really didn't make a ton of sense.]

[wow, a lot of colors that looked pretty much the same to him, he thinks while dutifully noting the choices down. Wasn't like he was getting out of that one without complaint. Stupid colors. He's starting to put together the dumb story in his mind, though...]

[Mav's might look pretty similar. He likes Rex, but it's very understandable to him why others might not, even if he doesn't know all the horrible things the guy gets up to involving vivisection, and all.]

[ Definitely a fuck off list, though he's somewhat fond of Tyzias and believes Maya actively hates him, so it's a mixed bag of people to think twice about before bothering. It's a good list to be on, on second thought.

But hm, hmm... Favorite foods is a hard question, but it's not what Maverick asks, so he just recounts things that would mean anything to both of them. ]

Fries, banana bread, crickets, and... [ He can't even remember what he ate for breakfast, or if he did. ] And that's it! The three food groups!

[The three food groups... Ridiculous boy. Also he skipped out on sprinkles, the fool, but Maverick ain't gonna remind him of that. He's gonna think about banana bread with chocolate and yellow sprinkles, though. He wouldn't be surprised if Nana's already done it.]

Okay, now I need four songs and five numbers. Numbers'll be easier, but the songs are first.

[ It's really a shame, especially since too much sweet things makes him sick and Maverick still needs to master fries, so his food options are in dire straits at the moment.

But ugh, songs are a lot harder, because he doesn't listen to music at all, has never found comfort in song nor felt the inclination to sing along to anything. ]

[ Anyways, he stares back at him, because how can he be too drunk to write down numbers but not drunk enough to remember what songs are called? ]

[ It's always a trip when Maverick throws something at him, because his instinct is to dodge, but if he dodges he'll get hit and he'll be fine if he just stays still. ]
