[ He can't hurt Yuya physically... only emotionally. He unpauses the screen again and tries to grab Yuya's wrists so he can't undo his work. ]

This feels like the opposite. [He is straining against that hold.] Let's play a game instead!

Alright~! We'll play "who can last the longest without screaming while watching horror movies"!!

Yuya jerks his wrists free, and then proceeds to wind bother of his arms around Kano's and grips it firmly in his hands.] So you're watching this with me.

[Yuya isn't eigher, he immediately starts to do that thing where you look off-center so you can't really see the screen, like a weenie.

While holding Kano in place by his arm because he will not be abandoned this time!!]

Too bad the volume's up and when the clown shows up and eats the kid- something like this, I can't remember what happens in the movie-- Kano jolts BUT HE DOESN'T SCREAM he's not losing the game that easily. ]

[He hears gross sounds and he bites his lip and sucks in a sharp breath and he's frozen with his hands tightly wound in Kano's hoodie sleeve. He longs for death.]

[ Kano lasts like another two minutes before- ]

Yuya, I have to pee. Keep watching the movie.

No you don't. [He's not moving, it's questionable what words even filtered through his brain there.]

Yuya, let go, I'm going to piss my pants.

[ depending on how scary the movie gets LET GO LET GO LET GO ]

I'm not watching it until you come back that's not fair. [But he slowly... slowly loosens his grip and reaches to pause the movie instead.]

[ Kano jumps out of his seat the moment he's able to. ]

time to pee for three hours ]

[Yuya turns over the chair to shout after him.] I'm not watching it alone!

[Just so they're clear!! In three hours he's probably turned the movie off and is playing some Frogger style game on the touch screen instead.]

[ Kano's not watching it period!!!!!

How long is this flight... At least he can finally sleep, even if it has to be in a tiny claustrophobic toilet stall. Every once in a while he startles awake, and gives the toilet a flush to ward away anybody waiting outside who might think he's done. He's probably still in here by the time the plane's preparing to land and everybody's told to buckle their seatbelts again. It's a bumpy touchdown. ]

[It's probably the flight staff who greet Kano, first, when he's finally forced out, then Yuya who fervently demands his phone because he needs to call his mom and let her know where they are. However long it takes Kano to find it, with Yuya increasingly worried he's lost it and Yuya's mom is gonna be mad.

And then there's the underwear, Yuya pushing Kano to pick something from a clothing shop from the airport, and when they finally meet up with Yoko she's calm with a smile, ruffling Yuya's hair and lecturing him about not sleeping on the flight, because he's obviously tired. They'll load into the car, and Yuya tells Yoko how Daybreak has been, without once mentioning the Herald or any of the danger. It's fine, school is fine.

They arrive at a modest two bedroom apartment, up a few floors. Yuya fusses at Kano to remove his shoes with them before entering, then Yoko advises them to rest, and she'll call them when dinner's ready. The air mattress is already out on the table, ready to be inflated wherever Kano wants it to go.

Yuya heads straight for his room to put his bag away, sagging onto the bed.]
